The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room I was assigned (a Superior Double Room) was quite noisy, traffic being a persistent issue (even with the windows closed). I also found it quite odd that I was charged extra for a cappuccino at breakfast. I've never encountered this at a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the superior twin room was clean i think. there were two separate beds with fresh linens. the room included a minibar i saw. i also noticed a rainfall shower in the bathroom, it was nice.
the gym music i heard was sometimes a bit loud.

The team members were very professional. They dress impeccably. Staff gave clear information. They have great attention. The restaurants employees were really good. Damla Bal were very kind. I find sauna very clean. Everything here is handled smoothly. My stay felt stress-free from beginning.
I notice some issues with hotel employee giving us bad informations. About distances to airport and places. Also the fee to airport.
